Adept Capital AS and Adept Markets AS, was established in 2011 by Per Henrik Stuge.
Adept Markets AS was in the beginning fully owned by Adept Capital, and received full authorization as
an investment bank by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway in Q1 2012.
In Q1 2014 Adept Markets AS merged with Cleaves Ship-brokers and changed name to Cleaves Securities AS,
while Adept Capital remained as a private advisory/investment company.

Tomm Murstad Friluftsbarnehage (now part of Espira Group AS), Auxilio Ventures, Cypod Technology and Cleaves Securities.
Adept Capital is working with selected partners for various growth strategies as well as actively evaluating new opportunities.
Key areas of interest involve green energy (offshore and onshore wind energy), medical/Tech, sustainable carbon solutions and TMT - cyber technology.
